Luke Cypher's Overpowered Accessories is a mod for the game, in which you can change many accessories that fall under the unique" section in the toolset., such as belts, amulets, and rings. There are many other reasons why this mod is awesome, such as the fact that it can be easily downloaded and installed.
Simply put all the UTI files in your override folder to install. Installing this mod in the middle of your playthrough won't do any harm. But if you do that, the items you already have won't have the modified stats. Use the Dain's Fixes mod, it's highly advised. There's no penalty for not using it because it's not a rigorous necessity.
